TORONTO: May 13th 2024 – Shiny Health & Wellness Corp. (“ShinyHealth” or the “Company”) (TSXV: SNYB) today announces the resignations of Meris Kott as both a Director and as the CEO of the Company, it further announces the resignation of Mr. Jonathan Hemi as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Brad Kipp, a current Director of the Company will assume the role as Interim CEO while the Company conducts a search to fill the vacant CEO position. Concurrently, with the departure of two board members, the board is currently comprised of only two members. In response to this change, the Company will actively seek to find an additional member pursuant to regulatory requirements,
